Can I move between plans?
Yes, at any time. Every plan runs on the same ledger, so moving up adds modules without migrating your data or starting your books again. Moving down keeps your records; the modules you leave simply close.
Is Starter really free?
Yes. A shop on Starter pays nothing and is not limited by how many people or stores it has. You pay when you need what the higher plans add.
Do the mobile apps cost extra?
No. Biqil Staff and Biqil Wallet come with every plan, and there is no charge per device or per person.
What happens to my books if I stop?
Posted entries are never edited or deleted, so what you export is exactly what happened. You can export your books, customers and products whenever you want.
